Long jump

Long jump history dates all the way back to the ancient Greek Olympic games where it formed part of the pentathlon. At this time it was the only jumping event that was inluded in the games and as such it is one of the oldest and most important of the track and field events.


This sport is growing fast in the UK. So, there are a lot of young athletes who want to gain height in this kind of spotrt.

Throwing the javelin

This kind of sport has a really long history. It believed that the first javelin thrower was Hercules. Later, people started to do this and also expanded this term.

This kind of sport is quite developed in the UK. British government supports this sport, as basically a whole athletics. This is an individual sport. All athletes compete only for themselves and their country. The most famous British javelin throwers are:
