"Youth in action"

While searching the information about "Youth in action" i discovered that it is an internetional porogram for young, creative and active people. It was organised by European Union to develop good relationships between youth of different cultures and nations. This program will help participants to become more confident, tollerant, and open to the world. This year "Youth in action" unite students from UK, Ukraine, Italy and Russia.
All these people will meet in Norwich, which is situated in the Norfolk country. Norfolk is located in the East part of England. I was really fascinated when I discovered that it is not far from sea. I've always dreamt to see the sea in winter. And now i really hope that this program will help me to fulfill my dream. But even if it can't be done I will really enjoy staying there. I've read a plenty of information about Norwich and now I know that that is one of the biggest, the anciest and the most picturesque England's cities. I don't know why but I really like visiting ancient and majestic buildings, and I've learnt that there are some here so it makes me even more unpatient in visiting Norwich.
Also I've looked through the prorramme of this event. And I am really impressed! I am happy to discover that except the cultural exchange we will have some excursions, games and sport activities.
I really hope that the time we come there will be very fleeting.

Here is my letter to all participants of this project

Dear friends!
My name is Nataliia Gumeniuk and I'm 16 years old. I've got a lot to tell you about myself, but I'll beter do it face-to-face. I'd better tell you about why I want to participate in this programme.
I consider myself to be talkative and amicable, so I really apreciate the opportunity to find new friends. As all participants are from different countries, so, I guess, we will speak English all the time! And it is really amazing! I'm sure that everybody knows that the better way to improve your language is to spend your time talking to native speakers.
Also I am delighted that my school gave me such a wonderful chance to visit Great Britain. I'm sure that I will never forget this journey because it is one of the most impresive countries in the world! Even that small fact that you have a sinistral movement makes me feel confused and excited about visiting the UK.
Maybe it sounds a little bit dull, but this program for me is a kind of escape from daily routine. I'm leaving school this year, so I'm sick and tired of all this studying. And that fact that I can legally "escape" from all this to such an amazing place makes me have a time of my life!
Looking forward to see you soon.
Loads of love,
Natasha

Dear friends!
I want to tell you about how I celebrated New Year and Christmas. I consider New Year to be not a family holiday, as for me, it' s just one more reason to have fun. So, i spent it in a best way - with my close friends.
We gathered in my appartament. We danced, sang, joked, played some games and just had fun. After the midnight we all had gone to the balcony and screamed: "Happy New Year to everybody!!!". Then we watcher fireworks and continuied that magnificcent night.
Here are some photos from that wonderful day

And here is a picture of my New Year tree..

Talking about Christmas, I want to say that it is family holiday for me. So I spent it in the village with my family.  I think that gathering there in a family circle is a very good custom. Because only far from big city, you can feel yourself so free and so close to your family. I don't know how to draw it on paper. To understand my feelings - you shoul be there.
But I'll better stop here.
Looking forward to see you soon.
Loads of love,
Natasha
