This kind of sport has a really long history. It believed that the first javelin thrower was Hercules. Later, people started to do this and also expanded this term.
This kind of sport is quite developed in the UK . British government supports this sport, as basically a whole athletics. This is an individual sport. All athletes compete only for themselves and their country. The most famous British javelin throwers are:

ReplyDeleteFor example for me it was interesting to know that it was composed of two events: throwing at a target and throwing for distance.
