A few months ago we have visited a wedding of our elder friend Elya. There were a lot of amazing dishes of different world cuisines. But the most of all we liked French meat. And now we have a tradition: we gather together every last Sunday of the month and cook our favorite dish – French meat. This dish is really savory. It smells fragrant. We always use only fresh and yummy ingredients.
Ingredients
Pork - 400-500 g,
Onions - 3-4 pieces,
cheese - 200-300 g,
Mayonnaise - 400 g,
freshly ground pepper
salt

Directions
1. Wash the meat
2. Dry and cut in layers
3. Repelle every layer
4. Salt and pepper
5. Peel and chop the onion on rings or half ring
6. Grate the cheese
7. Put the meat on the greased baking sheet
8. Put the onios on meat
9. Drizzle meat with mayonnaise
10. Sprinkle with grated cheese
11. Bake for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C
12. Let stand ready meat for about 10-15 minutes
13. Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs.

ReplyDeleteOver the years I've enjoyed eating pizza and now my favorite pastime is making it. I've collected many pizza recipes so I decided to write one for you .
Ingredients Required
The dough
1 cup of warm water
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of honey
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of yeast
The pizza toppings
6 slices bacon, cooked
2 tomatoes
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 teas. ground black pepper
2 eggs
1. Put warm water (80 to 110°F) into a bowl. Add salt and honey and mix with a spoon. Add yeast, mix and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Gradually add flour and olive oil and start mixing.
3. When the mixture gets too heavy to mix, start kneading the dough with your hands.
4. Knead the dough until you have a smooth ball. If the dough cracks it is too dry. Add water bit by bit until if forms a nice coherent ball. If your dough feels more like batter, it is too wet and you need to add flour bit by bit. If you need to add water or flour, do it by small amounts.
5. Coat the dough with olive oil, place it in a large bowl and cover it with kitchen wrap or a grocery bag. Let the dough rise for about an hour at room temperature, then push it down again so it deflates. Let it sit for about another hour. If you want to use it the next day, put it in a fridge.
6. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface, put a bit of flour on top and make it into the shape of a pie by stretching it out from the center outwards. Use a rolling pin until the dough is about 1/4" thick. Punch some holes in the dough with a fork to let the air escape while the pizza is in the oven
7. Put on your pizza sauce of choice.
Put on your favorite pizza toppings:
- Arrange tomato slices on dough.
- Sprinkle cheese on tomatoes , hold the eggs.
- Place bacon on top of cheese around the outside.
8.Bake the pizza in you oven at 400° F for about 20 minutes until the crust is light brown.
